Imperial Wild Ale - Barrel Aged with Peach & Vanilla. A mixed-fermentation beer with peach notes and a smooth vanilla finish, low carbonation. Based on imperial Berliner Weisse, acidified with Lactobacillus Helveticus, aged 5 months on 30% organic peaches, in white wine barrels with Bourbon vanilla.
